Introduction
swholdings.org (the “Website”) is owned and operated by SW Holding Ltd, a company registered in the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros with company registration number 16059, with registered address at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, The Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros (the “Company”, “We”). The Company is fully licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros under License № ALSI-202507002-FI1 under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property on Sunwin Website, including without limitation, the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and the like, and trademarks. Service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Content”) are owned by or licensed to Amadeus Technology B.V. The Content is protected by International Trademark, Copyright, Design and other relevant laws. Use of Sunwin Website does not transfer any right, title, or interest in or to such intellectual property rights, relating to the Content, except otherwise expressly granted by Amadeus Technology B.V. or its licensor.
2. Certain Restrictions/Prohibitions
(a) Any copying, distribution, reproduction, publication, display, performance, posting, or transmission of any part of the Content in any form or by any means is prohibited, except as expressly permitted herein or as enabled by a feature, product or for the use of the Sunwin Website.
(b) Any modification, creation of derivative works from, translation, adaptation, disassembling, reverse compilation, or reverse engineering of any part of the Content is prohibited.
(c) Any sale, licensing, sub-licensing, transfer, assigning, renting, leasing, hosting, or otherwise exploitation of Sunwin Website Content in anyway, whether in whole or in part are prohibited.
(d) No copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices will be deleted or altered from the copies of the Content published on the Sunwin Website.
(e) Any access or use of the Content in order to build a similar or competitive website, product, or service is prohibited.
(f) Use of any information retrieval system to create, compile, directly or indirectly, a database, compilation collection or directory of the Content or other data from the Sunwin Website is strictly prohibited.
(g) Any reporting, blogging, marketing, about the brand Sunwin or the Sunwin Website, done for profit, financial gain or commercial advantage is prohibited except such use falls under the category of “fair use” definition. Sunwin Website shall have complete discretion to adjudicate such fair use.
