2. General

The Website is owned and operated by SW Holding Ltd. The Company is licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan under License № ALSI-202507002-FI1 under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005.

3. Your Account

Before using the Service you must register and accept these Terms. To withdraw winnings we may require verification under our AML and KYC procedures. We will request identity and address documentation and may undertake ongoing checks, including screening against sanctioned or watch lists.

3.1 Identification documents

1. Passport, identity card or equivalent government-issued ID containing full name, date of birth and photograph.
2. Recent utility bill (not older than three (3) months) or other document confirming residential address.

3.2 Account terms

By creating an Account you confirm the following (summary):

• You are at least 18 years old (or older where required).
• You reside and are physically located in a jurisdiction where gambling is allowed, and you are not located in the prohibited list (including but not limited to: Australia, Austria, France and territories, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Union of Comoros, United Kingdom, United States, any FATF-blacklisted country, sanctioned countries such as Russia and Belarus, or other jurisdictions prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority).
• You must not use VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• You confirm that payment methods used are in your name and you will not attempt to reverse payments or dispute them.
• You are responsible for any taxes on winnings.
• Accounts must be registered in your real name; multiple accounts or sharing accounts is prohibited.
• You accept the risk of losing funds you deposit.
• You must act in good faith and not attempt to manipulate the Service.

Keep your contact details up to date. We will communicate mainly via the registered email address. If you provide false information we may suspend your Account and take legal action where appropriate.

Supported currencies will be listed on the Website. Some payment methods may not support all currencies and conversion fees may apply.

4. Term and Termination. Account Suspension

These Terms take effect when you register and remain in force for as long as you use the Services. You may close your Account at any time by informing us.

We may suspend or terminate your Account if we reasonably believe you breach these Terms, provided inaccurate information, hold multiple Accounts, share your Account, or for other breaches. We may withhold funds, cancel bets, or refuse wagers where fraud or breach is suspected. We may act without prior notice in some circumstances.

5. Restricted Use

You are prohibited from using the Services if you do not meet eligibility conditions. Prohibited conduct includes (non-exhaustive):

• Promoting unsolicited advertisements, affiliate links or solicitations.
• Deceiving or manipulating the Service or other users; collusion to gain unfair advantage.
• Scraping or extracting our odds or infringing intellectual property.
• Engaging in unlawful activities.

Account sale/transfer is prohibited. Do not exploit bugs or errors; notify us immediately if you find any.

6. Payment and Withdrawal of Funds

You are responsible for taxes on winnings. Deposits must be made from payment methods in your name. Deposits in other currencies will be converted by our processor; conversion fees may apply. Your Account is not a bank account and is not insured; funds do not accrue interest.

1. Minimum withdrawal per transaction: USD 10 (or equivalent). If you close your Account you may withdraw the full balance regardless of minimum.
2. If you have wagered your deposit at least once, no withdrawal fee applies. Otherwise we may charge an 8% fee of the withdrawal amount (minimum USD 4) as part of AML measures.
3. If your balance exceeds ten (10) times total sum of your deposits, withdrawals will be limited to USD 5,000 per calendar month. Otherwise the maximum monthly withdrawal is USD 10,000.

We cannot guarantee processing of withdrawals if you are in breach of these Terms.

7. Errors

Errors or malfunctions may render affected bets void. Notify us immediately of any errors. We may void wagers placed at incorrect odds, reclaim overpayments, and adjust Accounts to correct errors. If there are insufficient funds we may require repayment.

8. Intellectual Property

The Company owns or is licensed to all IP rights in the Services. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify or use the Website in an unauthorised manner. A limited non-exclusive licence is granted to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes while these Terms are in force.

9. Liability

The Company provides Services on an "AS IS" basis and disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. You agree to indemnify the Company for claims arising from your use of the Website or breach of these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for direct or indirect losses except where non-excludable duties are breached. Aggregate liability is limited to the lesser of the total value of bets related to the claim or USD 500.

10. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. The courts of Anjouan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

11. Communications and Notices

All communications and notices must be in writing and may be sent via email to [email protected]. We may send notices electronically to your registered email address. Communications are deemed received at transmission if sent electronically.

12. Fraud

We operate strict anti-fraud measures. We may withhold payments and pursue sanctions if we suspect fraud, including multiple Accounts, forged documents, chargebacks, or other harmful activity. You shall indemnify the Company for losses arising from fraud or criminal acts.

13. General Provisions

• You may not assign these Terms without the Company’s consent. We may assign our rights to a third party and will notify via the Service.
• If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will continue in force and the invalid provision will be modified to be enforceable.
• No waiver of any provision shall constitute a continuing waiver.
• In case of discrepancy between the English-language version and any other language, the English version prevails.
